Confirmation

  To confirm your booking, please call or email us to see if the date you require is still available.

We will then post out to you our booking form/contract. You will then be asked to sign and return you're booking form with a 10% booking fee. Your balance will then be due 30 days before your display date.

Cancellation Of Booking

  If your booking is cancelled at a later date, your booking fee will be non refundable. Bookings Cancelled within 30 days of the event will be payable in full.

Limit Of Our Liability

  We will not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances, which are beyond our reasonable control. We will not be liable for any radio interference with our computerised firing equipment, battery failures, equipment failure and or material defects, which are beyond our control. We will not be liable for any displays not fired or only partially fired should an issue arise deeming it necessary to cancel or stop the display and the issue cannot be resolved within the given timeframe.

Any refunds for the event will be limited to no more than the original sums involved minus any costs incurred by ourselves. In the unlikely event of total equipment failure or cancellation of the contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability shall be limited to the total value of the contract.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss.

Copyright

  We may from time to time photograph and or video our displays. Phenomenal Fireworks Ltd holds the copyright to all footage and may use for demonstration or advertising proposes.
